- Medical and health care, up to € 3,000

- Living expenses of the displaced relative or companion in case of hospitalization, up to € 500 (€ 50 x 10 days)
- Living expenses of the non-displaced relative or companion in case of hospitalization, up to € 1,500 (€ 100 x 15 days)
- Convalescence at the hotel, up to € 1,500 (€ 100 x 15 days)
- Repatriation or transportation of the deceased insured
- Early return due to the death of a relative
- Early return due to hospitalization of a relative
- Early return due to a serious loss at the home or professional premises of the insured
- Loss of services contracted and not enjoyed as a result of hospitalization

The amount of the first night will be charged at the time of booking. The refund of this amount in case of justified cancellation, will be made through the ARAG insurance company.
The refund of the prepaid amount is not allowed if the reason for cancellation is not included in the general conditions of the policy.

The Client may cancel his reservation until the day of arrival.
The Client may modify his reservation up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. (As long as the hotel allows it)
For any cancellation / modification they will have to contact the hotel.
